Returns

According to consumer protection law, the customer has a 14-day right to return an order. Opening the product packaging is permitted, as long as it is done without damaging the packaging and products, even if the product is returned.

• Always contact the seller before returning the goods.
• Returns must be sent by post.
• Be sure to notify the tracking code of the returned shipment by email to info@minimaailma.fi so that the shipment is not returned to the sender due to insufficient information.
• The customer must always pay the postage costs of the return and carefully pack the products.
• Failure to collect the package from the post office or sending it back by mail without separate notification is not sufficient to cancel the purchase.
• As a rule, discounted products do not have a right of return.
• Free returns are not available for dollhouses when ordering from outside Finland

Unclaimed package

Failure to collect the package is not a cancellation of the order and we will charge €14.90 for the return of the unclaimed package (postage costs charged by the post office and handling fee) as well as new delivery costs for the order.

Limitation of Liability

Suomen Minimaailma Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the aforementioned, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law stipulates otherwise regarding the damage in question.   

 Refund of the returned order

The payment for the returned order will be refunded to the account indicated by the customer, as a rule, within 14 days of receiving the return, provided that the returned products and their packaging are in proper condition. The refund will be made to the payment method used. If you have paid via Paytrail, the refund will be made by Paytrail Oy.
