Swedish Kotte Toys products are wooden 1:12 dollhouse construction kits, which you can use to create your own dollhouse in a style and color that suits your needs. The package includes all the materials needed to assemble the product, but painting materials must be purchased separately. Light sanding before painting and between coats of paint will help to achieve a more beautiful finish.
The products are made from Finnish water-cut plywood in Sweden. Thanks to the manufacturing technology, the plywood parts do not have the typical dark edge of such kits.

The building is quite easy to assemble. You only need glue to attach the parts. The material is 3mm thick Finnish plywood.
