The frame of the house is made of 9mm MDF board. 3 residential floors and an attic (8 rooms and a wide staircase). The back wall of the attic floor is straight. Partition doors that open in the partitions, balustraded stairs are part of the house package. Height 84 cm / width 81 cm / depth 48 cm. Room heights 23 - 21 - 19 - 17 cm. The interior is unpainted and unwalled, the exterior color is as shown in the picture.
The house is delivered in a flat package (2 pcs) and assembly is done with screws, which are included in the package. The total weight of the packages is 30 kg.
The interior of the beautiful house is untreated, with a rather slippery surface imitation of wood veneer, which can be wallpapered, so that you can create a dollhouse that looks just like you.
