The frame of the house is made of 9mm MDF board. 3 residential floors and an attic (8 rooms and a wide staircase). The back wall of the attic floor is straight. Partition doors that open in the partitions, balustraded stairs are part of the house package. Height 84 cm / width 81 cm / depth 48 cm. Room heights 23 - 21 - 19 - 17 cm. All surfaces are unpainted and enable the creation of a completely individual dollhouse.

The house is delivered in a flat package (2 pcs) and assembly is done with screws, which are included in the package. The total weight of the packages is 30 kg.

The dollhouse can be expanded with a ground floor (product code DH518 or DH518P), which gives you a truly wonderful whole.
